Disturbing Last Known CCTV Footage Emerges of Woman Outside Bar Before Disappearance from Caribbean Holiday Resort

Authorities have released chilling CCTV footage showing the last known sighting of a British woman who mysteriously vanished from a popular Caribbean holiday resort late last week.

The woman, 28-year-old Emily Harper from Manchester, was captured on security camera footage around 11:45 PM last Friday, outside a beachfront bar in the coastal town of Las Flores, a well-known tourist destination on the eastern coast of the island of San Aurelio.

In the video, Emily appears visibly distressed, pacing near the entrance of the bar and glancing repeatedly over her shoulder. She is seen speaking briefly to an unidentified man, who walks away moments later. This man has not yet been identified and police are urging him to come forward. A few minutes after the exchange, Emily walks out of frame, heading toward a dimly lit alley that leads to a less frequented area of the beach. She has not been seen or heard from since.

Emily had arrived in San Aurelio four days prior with a group of friends, who say she left the bar alone after an argument. Her phone last pinged a cell tower near the southern end of the resort just after midnight. Despite extensive search efforts involving local police, volunteers, and aerial drones, no trace of her has been found.

Inspector Javier Morales of the San Aurelio Police told reporters, “We are treating this as a high-priority missing person case. The CCTV footage is deeply concerning, and we are asking anyone who was in the vicinity that night to come forward, even if they believe what they saw or heard was insignificant.”

Emily’s family has flown to the island and issued an emotional plea. “Emily is a strong, loving person. We are devastated and just want her home,” her mother, Susan Harper, told the press.

British consular officials are working closely with local authorities, and Interpol has been notified as the investigation expands.

Anyone with information is urged to contact San Aurelio Police or the nearest British embassy.

This case has sparked renewed concerns about tourist safety on the island, which relies heavily on its image as a paradise destination. Police have stepped up patrols in the resort area and promised full transparency in the investigation.

More updates to follow as the search continues.
